A leading brand in the sports equipment industry is dedicated to offering innovative products designed to boost athletic performance. They are looking for a Creative Manager to spearhead creative initiatives in both design and copy, enhancing brand storytelling and visual identity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and Copy Leadership: Oversee the creative process for both visual design and copywriting, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and identity.
  • Portfolio Review: Present and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing previous design and copy work, particularly in the sports industry.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including product packaging, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Photoshoot and Video Organization: Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video productions, from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality visual assets.
  • Process Management: Lead the creative process from ideation to final delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align creative output with business goals and market needs.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and copy to keep our creative efforts fresh and relevant.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years experience as a Creative Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and copy work.
  • Experience in the sports products sector is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and familiarity with video editing tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
