Our client is looking to hire a dynamic Executive Assistant who is primarily responsible for providing executive, administrative, and development support to the Brand Founders to empower our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Job Description:
● Assists the Brand Founders with daily administrative/organizational duties and completes a broad
variety of relevant tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; coordinating with
internal and external stakeholders; accomplishing documentations and reports;
● Manages communication between the management and the employees, liaising with internal and
external executives on various projects and tasks;
● Organizes company records, documents, and reports;
● Maintains appointment schedules and calendar for the Brand Founders, including email management,
calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics;
● Coordinates complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of
content and flow of information to the Brand Founders;
● Maintains a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality with all company materials at all
times, and exercises discretion when interacting with the business operations;
● Performs other related duties as may be assigned
