Your day will start at 9:00 AM and wrap up at 5:00 PM EST, where you will immerse yourself in proactive outreach to potential clients. This role is all about making connections and fueling growth! As a Business Development Representative, you'll be making over 50 outbound calls and sending 20-30 personalized emails each day to engage prospects and schedule appointments for our seasoned sales representatives. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships, so adapting your communication style to resonate with each lead will be a key part of your day-to-day activities. Plus, you’ll get to use HubSpot CRM to track your efforts and manage interactions—helping you stay organized and on top of your goals. Ideally, we’re seeking candidates with a knack for conversation and at least two years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing. Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude will help you shine in this role.
