Creative Specialist
Schedule: EST timezone
Salary: Up to $1,100 monthly

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
Creative Project Leadership
• Plan, coordinate, execute and review creative projects on behalf of assigned clients.
• Prepare and share weekly project plans for assigned clients. Plans are to include a list of projects scheduled (including type/platform/subject) to be completed for the upcoming 1-2 weeks.
• Create campaigns/creatives (2-20 per week per client) on behalf of assigned clients in accordance with their design package or plan.
• Provide copy writing for projects and support clients with copy editing as requested by the client.
• Provide clients with ad inspiration based on current trends of various digital platforms.
• Conduct market research on behalf of assigned clients as identified by the client.
• Analyze media buying data (as provided) to inform creative strategy.
• Collaborate with the creative team (designers, team leaders, sales, account specialists and supervisors) to ensure alignment of project’s vision is being executed at various stages of the creative operation.
Customer Service
• Ensuring successful client and employee rapport is established for all accounts.
• Attend and contribute to brand kickoff meetings with all new clients. Ensure clients:
o Understand: The service plan purchased, project terminology definitions, and expected speed, volume of project deliverables and the roles of the creative team members associated with their account.
o Review: The creative dashboard user functionality, the work flow from uploading brands, project creation, creative viewing, revision feedback and approval.
o Agree: To communication systems as part of the service (project dashboard or other and slack channel or other) and client expectations as determined by the Director or Founder.
• Respond to customer inquiries (email, chat, remote video calls) regarding services, employees, policies, payments and overall satisfaction.
• Communicate with clients regarding: project scheduling, satisfaction, project submission, deliverable expectations, etc.
• Contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences by responding to concerns via email, communication channels, chat, etc. in a timely manner.
• In collaboration with the Director, evaluate the execution of creative service delivery.
• Ensure clear and timely communication is being delivered by employees across various communication channels ex. Slack, ClickUp, Notion, dashboard, etc.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service representatives (when applicable) on the delivery of customer service.
• Ongoing evaluation of client satisfaction.
Administration
• Actively contribute to the overall execution of service delivery as assigned by the director or founder.
• Optimize creative project workflow and provide recommendations for improvement to the director on an ongoing basis.
• Continual evaluation, auditing and collaboration team members regarding the performance dashboard and client facing dashboard functionality.
• Communicate with all levels of the company regarding the execution of services.
• Ensure appropriate levels of access to company software, files, assets, etc. are maintained at all timesfor creative employees and clients.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to the Director regarding the performance of creative efforts.
• Prepare for various team meetings and training sessions as needed.

ADDITIONAL:
Concept Development
- Brainstorm and generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and branding projects. Collaborate with other team members to refine and develop these concepts into project plans.
Ideation
- Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, and websites. Platform trend assessment and competitor ad spying.
Brief Writing
- Develop clear and detailed creative briefs that guide the work of designers and other creative team members. Ensure briefs align with client objectives and project requirements.
Project Management
- Oversee the execution of creative projects to ensure they are submitted, meet expected turnaround times and quality standards. Coordinate with designers and project supervisors to maintain project cohesion and consistency.
Quality Control
- Review and provide feedback on creative work to ensure it aligns with the project brief and brand guidelines. Make necessary adjustments to creative output based on feedback and data provided by the client and stakeholder.
Weekly Creative Review Calls
- Present creative concepts and deliverables to clients or stakeholders. Gather feedback and/or performance metrics to incorporate into the creative process.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and strategy teams to ensure creative ideas align with broader marketing goals. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions (as needed by clients) to contribute ideas and solutions.
