You’ll build the systems and processes needed to scale, manage a remote team, and oversee the daily operations that support our long-term growth. This role is ideal for a “player-coach” comfortable with both high-level strategic planning, and the day-to-day details and execution of running a global agency business.

  • Key Focus: Candidates adept in leading CX functions for new-age BPO companies supporting US-based eCommerce.
  • Nuances: Understanding the integration of AI tools in customer experience management, particularly within modern BPOs.
