Job Summary

As a Facebook Launcher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging Facebook campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop content strategies and leverage Facebook’s advertising tools to maximize reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Design and execute Facebook marketing campaigns aligned with clients’ goals and objectives.
• Content Creation: Create eye-catching visuals and compelling copy tailored to the target audience.
• Audience Targeting: Utilize Facebook’s targeting tools to reach the right demographics and optimize ad performance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Community Management: Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to keep strategies innovative and effective.
• Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.

• C1 english level
• 2+ years proven experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of Facebook advertising tools and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with other social media platforms is a plus.
