Our DEI Task Force
We invite all our Getarounders to join our DEI Task Force and help make Getaround’s DEI efforts a more proactive process. We work together to align policies and procedures with DEI practices, while planning engagement and educational sessions for our Getarounders. Our 'Force is open to everyone and meets monthly.
Our Affinity Networks
Our employee-led Affinity Networks are safe spaces, where everyone shares a common identity, while also including people who wish to support and promote that identity. Our networks have annual budgets to put on fun events and educational programming. Keep an eye out for events advertised in the #announce and #announce-na Slack channels and in calendar invites.
Currently we have eight (8) Affinity Networks, each with leaders, advocates and an executive sponsor.
