Job Summary:

The Social Media Content Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing the founder's monthly content calendar, creating and editing compelling content, and ensuring all digital assets are aligned with the brand’s aesthetics and messaging. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of social media trends within the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Calendar Management:
• Develop and manage the founder's monthly content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic content release across all social media platforms.
• Content Creation and Editing:
• Create and edit content for the founder’s social media channels, including videos, graphics, and static images.
• Make additional edits to content based on feedback, ensuring all deliverables meet the founder’s expectations and brand standards.
• Copywriting:
• Write compelling and concise copy that aligns with the brand voice, enhances engagement, and drives audience interaction.
• Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing graphics and images for social media that reflect the brand’s identity and resonate with the target audience.
• Digital Asset Management:
• Edit digital asset requests, including graphic design, video editing, and photo retouching, to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and concise copy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong eye for design and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media trends, particularly within the beauty industry.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with beauty influencers or founders.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools.
