Overview of the Role:

As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our firm. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with the assistance and support they need during challenging times. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, coordinating car repairs or replacements, and managing medical-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage appointments for clients with attorneys and other relevant parties.
  • Assist clients in coordinating car repairs or replacements, liaising with repair shops, insurance companies, and rental services.
  • Manage and track medical-related tasks, including scheduling medical appointments, obtaining medical records, and communicating with healthcare providers.
  • Conduct client intake, gathering necessary information and ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Maintain client files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the legal team.
  • Ad-hoc tasks

  • Proven experience as a Case Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Empathy and compassion for clients experiencing difficult circumstances.
