Scope of the role:

As a Product Development Staff member, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative beauty and health products that meet consumer needs and align with market trends. You will collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring products meet high-quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Market & Trend Analysis
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

• Product Conceptualization
• Develop new product ideas aligned with brand strategy and market demand.
• Present clear concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders.

• Formulation & Prototyping
• Collaborate with R&D teams to create, test, and refine product formulations.
• Ensure prototypes meet performance, aesthetic, and cost objectives.

• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Oversee product performance, stability, and safety testing.
• Ensure all products comply with regulatory and brand standards.

• Supplier Management
• Source and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and production resources.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve quality and cost efficiency.

• Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure all products adhere to local and international regulations, such as FDA and EU standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation to support compliance efforts.

• Production Oversight
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth and timely production processes.
• Address and resolve production challenges efficiently.

• Packaging Design
• Work closely with design teams to create packaging that is functional, innovative, and brand-aligned.

• Launch Support
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to prepare for successful product launches.
• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support launch initiatives.

• Continuous Improvement
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch.
• Propose updates and enhancements to optimize product offerings.

• C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (MUST HAVE)
• 4+ years of experience as a product developer in the beaty and health industry. (MUST HAVE)
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EU) and quality assurance processes. (MUST HAVE)
• Experience with Product Development tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks or AutoCAD, Project Management tools, FDA and EU Regulatory Databases and Customer Feedback Tools.
• Demonstrated hands-on involvement in the entire product development process, from ideation to launch.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in the beauty and health industries.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
