Skills
Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities
Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Assist with employee relations matters
Coordinate employee performance evaluations
Act as a liaison between HR team and stakeholders
Support HR initiatives and projects
Respond to employee inquiries
Prepare HR reports and analytics
Stay updated on HR best practices and regulatory changes
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
2-3 years of experience in HR coordination or related role
