About the role
As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll leverage your Atlassian ecosystem expertise to empower and educate users of the Kolekti products. Your proactive approach will not only enhance customer knowledge but also help identify key opportunities for growth and renewal. You’ll be at the heart of driving customer satisfaction and demonstrating ROI, ensuring that every user feels supported and valued.
You’ll also manage the Atlassian Community platform, providing timely responses and fostering engagement. By streamlining the customer journey, you’ll maximise the impact of Adaptavist products while serving as the vital link between customers and our internal teams, sharing insights on recurring issues and driving product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Success: Engage with a diverse portfolio of customers, providing support, guidance, and training.
- Customer Research: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve our products and services.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in the Atlassian Community, answering questions and providing support.
- Product Advocacy: Provide feedback to our product teams based on customer needs and trends.
Qualifications
This role requires somebody who has the flexibility and focus to maintain a high level of performance across differing tasks and projects. This person should be confident enough to engage and build rapport with users of the Kolekti products. This is a client-facing role and must always have the success of the customer at the forefront of any decisions made.
