Senior IT Services Manager

  • Approx. 6-8+ years of experience in IT management, including leading teams and projects, except prior IT "hands on" exposure.
  • Proven exposure in managed services.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and project management methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in budgeting, strategic planning, and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
