About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
 
About the team:
The Business Systems Analyst team are responsible for driving design, managing functionality, and delivery of FIS credit solutions into the global market servicing Financial and Non-Financial industry across North America and Canada. As a Business Systems Analyst you will work with a team of subject matter experts and leaders with over 100 years in the credit space building industry leading applications in a growing market.

What you will be doing:
• Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency.
• Selecting hardware, software and vendors.
• Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.

What you will need:
• Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• A Bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience is desirable

• Typically requires six or more years of demonstrated business systems analysis experience with at least one project as the business systems analyst lead on a “large” project, i.e., a project with duration of more than 6,000 hours or spanning more than 4 months.

Added bonus if you have:
