We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager Intern to assist in developing and launching new products while gaining hands-on experience in product strategy, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.Position Overview:As a Product Manager Intern at AaronBux, you will work closely with the product management team to guide the development of new products from concept to launch. This role offers the opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of product management, from market research and competitive analysis to defining product requirements and collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.Key Responsibilities:• Market Research and Analysis:• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and opportunities for innovation.• Analyze data to support product decisions and define target audiences.• Help create user personas and customer journey maps to better understand our audience.• Product Strategy and Planning:• Assist in defining product roadmaps, timelines, and feature prioritization.• Contribute to the development of product requirement documents (PRDs) that outline the scope and objectives.• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.• Product Development and Execution:• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to oversee product development and launch activities.• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile processes to track progress and address challenges.• Ensure product features are tested and meet quality standards before release.• Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:• Support communication between stakeholders by preparing updates, reports, and presentations on product status.• Gather feedback from users, sales teams, and other departments to inform future product improvements.• Help maintain documentation and knowledge bases for easy access to product information.• User Experience and Feedback Analysis:• Engage with users and gather insights to continuously improve the product experience.• Monitor product performance and assist in analyzing metrics related to user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.• Recommend adjustments or enhancements based on user feedback and data analysis.Qualifications:• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.• Strong interest in product management, technology, and business strategy.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user research techniques, and project management tools is a plus.• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).What You’ll Gain:• Hands-on experience in the end-to-end process of product management.• Exposure to market analysis, product strategy, and cross-functional teamwork.• Opportunities to contribute to real projects that impact the company’s growth.• Mentorship from experienced product managers and business leaders.• A chance to develop a strong foundation for a career in product management.•
