Please contact us today to discuss this role!Job Responsibilities:• Verify, process, and record supplier invoices in the accounting system.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.• Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing reports and reconciling accounts.• Maintain detailed and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.• Prepare and provide analysis on cash flow, outstanding liabilities, etc.Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Preferred)• 2 + years' of experience working in Accounting Payable• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
