Our office is conveniently located near a metro stop in NW, DC.Job DetailsWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support four lobbyists. This role offers a range of responsibilities and challenges that will utilize your strong administrative and organizational skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Prioritize commitments and manage multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, calls, events, and other activities.• Manage meeting logistics, including preparation, distribution, and printing of materials, maintaining calendar invites and RSVPs, greeting guests, and preparing technology for video conferencing.• Coordinate and execute travel arrangements, including international and domestic itineraries, bookings, and preparation of briefing materials.• Handle client interactions and provide telephone and email assistance.• Prepare briefing and logistical materials for internal and external meetings.• Assist with requests and inquiries to firm leadership.• Manage and maintain updated records of contacts with discretion.• Provide general support as required.Candidate Must Haves:• 3+ years of experience on Capitol Hill, at the Department of Justice, or in a similar high-paced environment.• Familiarity with GOP Public Policy and Subject Matter.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• A Bachelors degree is required.Desired Attributes:• Experience in a lobbying firm or related environment is highly preferred.• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.• Strong judgment and decision-making skills under pressure.• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a busy environment.Why Join Us?• Generous Benefits Package: We offer comprehensive benefits to our employees.• Energizing Work Environment: Our office culture is closely connected with the government relations space, providing a dynamic and engaging work atmosphere.• Prime Location: Our office is easily accessible via Metro, with paid parking available nearby.Salary Expectations: $70,000-$100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
