They specialize in providing innovative technology solutions for benefits enrollment and administration, ensuring their clients receive top-tier service and cutting-edge technology.Job Description:Our client is seeking an HR Technology Project Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is critical in supporting the HR Technology Team with various tasks, including system testing, data management, and client communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving processes and client experiences.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate appointments between clients and vendors• Assist with gathering and organizing implementation information• Test and audit HR technology platforms (e.g., payroll, BenAdmin)• Create and update employee enrollment guides and communications• Respond to client inquiries related to HR technology software• Support system functions and assist with updates for open enrollment• Help with Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and data analysis• Manage vendor and carrier setups, ensuring timely project completion• Oversee client invoicing and service plan executionQualifications:• 3+ years of experience with HRIS software and payroll systems• Experience with open enrollment processes and vendor coordination• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projectsAdditional Details:• Contract Length: Through the end of the year, with potential for extension• Hours: 20-25 hours per week, flexible within standard work hours
