Job Title: Benefits AdministratorLocation Chicago, IL- Humboldt Park areaIndustry: HealthcarePay: $60,000 - $85,000 annuallyAbout Our Client: Our client is a well-established hospital. With a focus on providing high-quality, affordable, and compassionate health services, they are a key healthcare provider in the community. They offer a range of services including in-patient acute care, emergency care, diagnostic services, and primary care.Job Description: The Benefits Administrator will manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role is critical in maintaining employee satisfaction and ensuring smooth operation of benefits programs.Key Responsibilities:• Administer employee benefits including FMLA, COBRA, 403b, and Workers Compensation.• Coordinate with vendors to manage benefits programs.• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records.• Handle employee inquiries and issues related to benefits.• Conduct benefits orientation and other informational sessions.Qualifications:• 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration.• Strong knowledge of FMLA and COBRA.• Experience working with benefits vendors.• Excellent organizational and communication skills.• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.• Experience with UKG system is a plus.Additional Details:• Background check required (criminal background and physical employee health).• Position is 100% onsite.• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40-hour work week.Perks:• Opportunity for contract-to-hire or permanent placement.• Located across the street from a hospital, providing convenient access to healthcare services.• Supportive work environment with a focus on employee well-beingAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
