Customer Onboarding SpecialistJoin our team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist (COS) focusing on Medicare Advantage clients. You'll engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate application completion and providing exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:• Verify and correct client application information.• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage options and Value Based Care.• Conduct Health Risk Assessments when needed.• Manage client cases in Salesforce for efficient resolution.• Meet department goals and uphold quality standards.This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalentPay Details: 18.00 to 18.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
