Do you enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to drive impactful solutions?Adecco’s client is seeking an HRIS Systems Administrator to join their team in Waltham, MA.Why work with Adecco:• Competitive pay rate of 45.00/hour.• Benefits, including dental, vision, and 401k.• Hybrid Model (enjoy the perks of both environments)What you’ll do:· Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, etc.).· Partner with Product Owners to develop solutions, collect user requirements, and implement system enhancements.· Collaborate with a third-party support team for configuration, data integrity, and system updates.· Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing for changes and fixes.· Facilitate power user group sessions to provide training and updates.· Stay informed about leading practices by engaging with the SAP SuccessFactors community.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Information Systems, Human Resources, or a similar field.· 3+ years of experience with HRIS, preferably with SuccessFactors.· Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.· Experience working in an Agile environment preferred.· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.Note:This role is HYBRID; thus, open to in/around/near Waltham, MA.Pay Details: 45.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
