POS Implementation Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced POS Implementation Specialist to lead the rollout of Shopify POS across 6 retail store locations. You’ll be responsible for configuring the system, training staff (with an emphasis on inventory procedures), overseeing full inventory counts, and ensuring proper ongoing use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Shopify POS across all store locations
  • Train store staff on Shopify POS usage, including Sales workflows, Inventory management, Daily operations
  • Coordinate implementation of RFID inventory tracking system
  • Ensure all stores perform a full inventory count post-training
  • Verify inventory accuracy and system usage compliance across all locations
  • Prior experience with POS implementations in retail stores
  • Strong understanding of retail inventory processes
  • Excellent communication and training abilities
  • Comfortable traveling to and working in multiple store locations (Memphis area)

Preferred:

  • Experience with RFID systems in a retail setting
