IT Business Analyst

In this role, you will:• Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.• Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.• Determine, develop, and trace user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.• Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.The ideal candidate will have:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst• Experience working on IT projects involving software development, system integrations, and data migration.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies• Proficient in business process modeling, data analysis, and documentation techniques.• Experience with requirements gathering, business case development, and translating business needs into technical specifications.• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) or experience working with enterprise-level software applications (CRM, ERP).Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process.
