Job Description Summary
Candidates should be innovative energetic educators with Two years’ experience teaching adult learners within Learning Management Systems D2L, or Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle, Instructure Canvas, etc. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,). Ability to teach business subjects to today’s multi-generational learners including but not limited to: Leadership, Accounting, Communications, Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Sales & Marketing, etc.
Candidates should demonstrate (1) a mastery of specific discipline; (2) experience designing training materials; (3) a deep commitment to education and professional development; and (4) technology competencies as well as business strategies for the global economy
Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business
Minimum Experience/Training:
-
3-5 years’ current experience as a business practitioner
Experience teaching diverse adult professionals
Experience developing training materials
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of computer & technical competency
Knowledge of various business related topics
Available to conduct training during weekdays/business hrs.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Working knowledge of D2L required
