The Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Philosophy invites applications for a part-time Adjunct Instructor in anthropology, sociology, philosophy, and religious studies. Note: Position filled on an as need basis.
Primary Responsibilities
Candidates must be prepared to teach one or more of the following classes:
introduction to cultural anthropology;
introduction to archaeology (prehistory);
world cultures;
introduction to sociology;
sociology of global inequalities;
philosophy, individuals, and society;
introduction to logic;
philosophers, cultures, and creativity,
philosophy of ethics;
information ethics
health care ethics; or
world religions and cultures.
Courses may be offered on NKU’s campus, online, or at area high schools.
Qualifications
M.A. in anthropology, sociology, philosophy, or religious studies required.
