The ADM Finance team is critical to the company's success, providing high-quality, accurate, and timely financial information and analysis for both business growth and external reporting. We seek motivated team players eager to develop a broad skill set across diverse cultures through a comprehensive training program that prepares you to become a top Finance professional.Job Responsibilities• Rotational Assignments: Participate in five, six-month rotations across key Finance functions, including Accounting and Controlling, Finance & FP&A, Credit or Treasury, GBS R2R, and Tax. Potential rotations in ADMIS, Business Development, or M&A, with the possibility of an international assignment.• Global Exposure: Work within ADM’s Global Business Services, Centers of Excellence, and Business Unit Finance teams to gain a global perspective.• Leadership Interaction: Engage with senior Finance leaders, building your network and gaining insights from top professionals.• Structured Learning: Participate in formal training programs designed to enhance your financial acumen and business knowledge.• Career Transition: Upon successful completion of the program, transition into a permanent Finance position within ADM.Who We’re Looking For• Education: Pursuing a 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with expected graduation in 2025.• Relocation: Willingness to relocate across the U.S. as part of the program.• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills.• GPA: Minimum GPA of 2.8Not sure you meet every requirement?
