Admin Assistant - $21/hr

Maxim Healthcare Services is partnered with a much respected facility in Framingham, MA who is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Location: Framingham, MA

Duration: 2023/24 School Year

Facility Type: Youth Residential/School Facility

Shifts available:

Mon-Fri, 8a-4p

Responsibilities:

Be a part of a multidisciplinary team serving youth and families from a strengths perspective and informed by principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Triage calls from families receiving services and connect them to team members who can respond to them.
Provide a warm, calm presence for families in crisis as you facilitate outreach to staff members and for youth and families arriving at the site.
Data collection and reporting for multiple programs at the site; review records and collect information for billing purposes. Generate reports for the management team.
Provide administrative support, including managing and maintaining files, copying, faxing and routing of information appropriately.
Schedule appointments and complete reminder calls for youth and families.
Support multidisciplinary team by preparing materials as needed for team meetings and record content as requested.
Assist at the front desk.

Start Date: Two weeks from offer

Pay Rate: $21/hr
