Performance Health is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will perform administrative work to support the executive assistant. Responsible for organizing materials, handling mail and packages, managing building requests along with administrative tasks. This role is a full-time onsite position working at our corporate office in Warrenville. Willing to consider candidates looking to work part time, 25-30 hours per week, working Monday through Friday. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesSorts mail and works closely with USPS, FedEx and other carriersArranges meetings and ensures rooms are setup appropriately and technology is working properlyHandles meeting catering when needed Works with building facilities to ensure any suite issues are addressed and resolvedFiles documents and recordsComposes and prepares correspondence and reportsCreates and maintains database and spreadsheet filesArranges travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetingsUtilizes Concur for travel planning and expense managementHandles confidential and sensitive informationAssists other departments with administrative duties Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High School DiplomaOne to three years of administrative assistant work experienceStrong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)Experience utilizing Concur for travel planning & expense managementHigh level of integrity while handling sensitive information To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
