Administrative Assistant

About the role:


We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant with a focus on supporting the President, COO. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days weekly in the New York office with flexibility when needed for additional time for events: team offsites, Board meetings, when remote Executives are in the New York office. Time and attention will be given to this role to support successful learning and growth and serious candidates should be excited to learn!


What you’ll be doing:


  • Assist in managing calendars for the executives and tracking tasks in Asana project management tool
  • Assist in creating a detailed weekly itinerary
  • Prepare expense reports using Expensify
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, including flight itineraries, hotel reservations, and car services
  • Handle sensitive matters with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
  • Manage external relationships with efficiency and poise, representing the company with the highest level of professionalism
  • Execute day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to: placing lunch orders, arranging deliveries, conducting research and assisting in the development of materials for the Administrative google drive


What you’ll need:


  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Time-management skills combined with attention to detail 
  • Working knowledge of current technologies (Google Suite, Slack, etc.)
  • Passion for excellent service; continually learning new skills and concepts; participation in Forter internal learning opportunities
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Positive attitude with a inquisitive approach

Salary Range: $69,000 - $104,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
