We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Content, Audience, Studio & Production Group within Consumer Insights. The role will be responsible for handling a heavy volume of organizing meetings, calendars and travel. This position is based in the Los Angeles, California office (New York also considered), and will be supporting 2 Consumer Insights Directors.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with an unwavering attention to detail at all times. A high level of organization and interest in working across multiple areas of the business is a must. This is a team that covers many aspects of the business, so we need someone who can not only be great in their day to day work, but can also identify opportunities to make the overall team more organized and efficient. Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative, and inherently exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix.

Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, including booking and confirming meetings

Work with other Administrative Assistants to book meetings with high level executives who are often traveling, as well as with external content creators

Support a heterogeneous team with members across multiple time zones

Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally

Execute administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports in Workday

Maintain logs to track projects and their status

Manage various internal events / offsites. Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing material

5+ Years as an executive assistant working with high level executives in the entertainment industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask

Proficiency in Google Suite, including: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Groups

Experience with Workday (nice to have)

Passion for entertainment and/or consumer insights is a big plus

We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location.
The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $55,000 - $240,000.
This range is based on total compensation (vs. only base salary), which is in line with our compensation philosophy.
