Administrative Assistant
The Purpose:
In an Administrative Assistant role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records for the property.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Verify, allocate and post details of business transactions to accounting system
- Interact with residents, answering questions concerning rent and/or utility payments and/or service charges made to the resident
- Manage delinquencies/collections
- Ensure income generated from collections is being deposited daily
Primary Requirements Include:
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Solid Excel skills
- Experience with MRI ideal
- Must be able to work on-site
