Our client is a leading Biotech company that is focused on making Genetic Testing more accessible to people throughout the world. We are looking to hire an Admin Assistant, full-time position to start, with potential for more hours according to business needs. If you have 5 or more years of experience as an Office Admin, with exceptional customer service and attention to detail, please submit your resume and I look forward to connecting with you soon!

Job Duties:

Answering the door
Sending mail from SEA to SF where applicable
Assistance with report mailing
Checking daily health surveys for employees and administering them to visitors
Help with break room stocking and upkeep - partner with day porter
Sending bills/invoices from Seattle to SF accounts payable
Scheduling Covid sample returns with FedEx and handing package off to FedEx
Potentially making and sending out sample kits or kit supplies
Parking pass management
Help with ordering office supplies
Other tasks as necessary
