Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit
Management responsibilities for ERM Department; monitor (nine accounts) departments budgets; administrative responsibilities related to enrolled student records; monitor and maintain files of active ERM graduate student applications (Currently department has a total of forty-five M.A. and Ph.D. students). Assist all eight faculty members in course preparation and the administrative responsibilities for the Center of Educational Research and Evaluation (CERE).

Position Summary
Provide administrative assistance aiding in the efficiency of activities in the department (50%). Maintain files of current year budget allocations; complete and submit online requisitioning as appropriate; track expenditures and monitor budget balances in department accounts (20%). Receive applicant folders from the Student Advising and Recruiting Center; circulate folders for faculty for review and recommendation; track folders to assure timely review and resolution (10%). Photocopying; finalizing reports and handouts for faculty (10%). Assist CERE Director in completing necessary forms; Xeroxing; reviewing reports; assisting in research activities as needed (10%).

Minimum Qualifications
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND ONE YEAR OF RELATED OFFICE EXPERIENCE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
