Ads Analytics & Insight Associate
Description
As a Data Analyst within the AdSolutions team at Tokopedia, you will be responsible for analyzing and creating reports for brands and campaigns within the Tokopedia platform. Your insights and recommendations will play a critical role in improving the performance of our clients' marketing efforts. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes and enhance data analysis capabilities. Your contribution will directly impact the success of our marketing strategies and overall business growth.
What You Will Do
- Analyze and generate comprehensive reports for brands and campaigns running on the Tokopedia platform
- Identify improvement opportunities for the AdSolutions team’s clients based on data analysis and performance monitoring
- Collaborate on team projects to streamline and automate internal processes, optimizing data analysis efficiency
- Continuously analyze marketing channel performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance campaign outcomes
- Work closely with the data analyst team to ensure relevant and reliable data is available for the AdSolutions team
What This Role Needs
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel is a must
- Strong passion for building analysis reports and providing data-driven insights
- Ability to effectively communicate and build reports in English
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and online advertising platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is a plus
