Advanced Practice Provider: PEDIATRICS

UW Health Northern Illinois seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our experienced Pediatrics team in Rockford, Illinois. We are looking for a dedicated candidate to provide our patients with high-quality treatment and embody our mission:

Your clinical support includes the following:

· The region’s largest and most-preferred medical group and health system

· Outpatient support in our clinics and Immediate Care settings (Please contact for more specific information about position openings.)

· Excellent tertiary specialty support from University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree from accredited PA program or completion of a master’s level advanced practice nurse program.

· Active PA license in State of IL and Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
