We are adding to the global Growth Marketing team at Smartly.io and are looking for a passionate marketing professional to join us!

This an exciting opportunity to enhance a corporate website from a brand experience into a high performing growth marketing channel that is critical for the team's overall success. You will own the website completely and be seen as the website expert internally. Your keen understanding of how to move traffic through a website to your deep passion for always optimizing and delivering a better experience will help you succeed as our Website Manager.

As the Website Manager at Smartly.io you will…

  • Own the Smartly.io website from top to bottom, overseeing the strategy and execution and lead the mission to deliver a best-in-class website in all aspects: conversion, technical, content, navigation, SEO, and more
  • Act as the website's project manager: working cross-org and leading all website projects including design and copy, as well as partnering with outside developers for more complex projects
  • Prototype and layout web pages in Webflow and build as needed
  • Bring UX best practices to the table and provide recommendations to the team on how to best structure website content to drive high conversion
  • Design, build and deploy all paid media and search landing pages with a strong focus on conversions, and specifically relevant conversions
  • Leverage tools like Optimizely and UserTesting to build and manage A/B test environments to ensure we have the best website experience
  • Oversee the creation of localized web experiences in different international markets, as needed
  • Build and prioritize a website roadmap to support SEO, inclusive of site architecture, technical foundation, keyword support and editorial content
  • Bring SEO tactics to the table for all additions to the website from blog posts to product pages, keep track of our SERP and provide guidance on how to improve
  • Implement and maintain website tracking and analytics (GA4, Tag Manager) to map user journeys and optimize high-value conversion paths
  • Prioritize and execute multiple competing projects ensuring consistency with brand strategy and business objectives
  • Develop and deliver a monthly report on overall traffic, conversion rates and SERP rankings

We are looking for...

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech companies (preferably SaaS products) with at least 3 years of proven experience owning a corporate website
  • Demonstrated experience in Webflow
  • Experience with web design, development, and maintenance
  • Experience with web analytics, SEO, and marketing tools
  • Basic HTML skills and knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and other web technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly.io's total rewards provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance and disability benefits. Salary in USD : $90,000 - $110,000
