We are looking for:

Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to join our high-performing team serving our clients.

Responsibilities:

Audit LMS courses to ensure content is relevant and up-to-date.
Manage users and access to courses.
Conduct course and class resets as necessary.
Ensure links are accurate and fix them if necessary.
Maintain a database of training completion and in-progress statuses.
Understand navigation across multiple LMS domains.
Create and maintain automated user data inputs.

Qualifications & Experience:

3-5 years of experience managing an LMS or working in a related role.
Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of e-learning tools, content authoring software, and learning technologies.
Proficiency with LMS platforms
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of learning management best practices, data security, and compliance requirements.
Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.

Compensation & Benefits:

This full time non-exempt role offers an hourly range of $31-$43/hour depending on experience level.
