ATS is a leader in industrial maintenance, seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to optimize factory operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Skills
- Maintenance scheduling experience
- Electrical/mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency in maintenance systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate non-emergency work requests and develop scope of work
- Estimate labor hours, skillsets, and materials required for jobs
- Maintain an organized and prioritized work order backlog
- Conduct weekly planning and scheduling meetings with Production
- Create technician schedules maximizing labor hour utilization
Education
- Associate Degree in a technical field
