Job Description:
The Zscaler Supply Chain and Logistics Team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics/Operations Specialist to join our team. As the key player in our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the transportation and logistics processes, ensuring the smooth flow of shipments across a vast region. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset to address challenges in real-time.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents, reviewing purchase orders
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain accurate and consistent records of shipments, POD, orders, and inventory
- Address and rectify shipping errors promptly to promote client satisfaction
- Collaborating with Support for hardware RMA
- Managing interactions with distributors and manufacturers to ensure timely fulfillment of RMAs.
- Tracking hardware failures throughout the process.
- Review Vendor Invoices and collaborate with finance
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of global logistics experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites and JIRA
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective coordination and collaboration
- Excellent organizational capacity with a keen eye for detail
- Research and analysis skills to identify and address logistical challenges
- Collaborative attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with best practices in logistics management
- Ability to use data to make logistics more efficient
- Strong customer service capabilities
- Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
