The roles we are recruiting for include:  

• Civil Engineering (Infrastructure/Highways) 
• Electrical Engineering (Transmission & Distribution) 
• Structural Engineering 

• Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a relevant Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree for the role you are applying for.
• Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
• Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2026. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026.
• Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.

Our Recruitment Process

2. Online Assessment: Complete our global online strength-based assessment.
3. Phone Screen: You may be invited to a phone screen with our Early Careers Recruitment team.
4. Interview: Attend a face to face interview at your local office.
