Job Description

AECOM has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team of professionals in Ohio. 

  • Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. 
  • Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. 
  • Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement:

  • BA/BS Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 6 years of construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in the field of commercial construction from a large general contractor.
  • Experience with Procore, Textura or CMiC is preferred.
  • Architectural Construction Project Management experience.
  • Experience in the selection and management of subcontractors.
  • Experience with construction project documentation such as RFP, RFI, change order management, etc.
  • Construction experience in:
    • Sports
    • Aviation
    • Healthcare/Lifesciences
    • Higher education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Excel).
