As our user base expands to incorporate Outpatient, Inpatient, and Pharmacy use cases, your role will be crucial in enhancing the functionality and scope of our application, thereby directly impacting the quality of patient care across the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and Enhance Application Features• Implement Logging and Error Tracking• Collaborate in the design and development of new features for the MILAN App, focusing on Outpatient, Inpatient, and Pharmacy modules.• Ensure robust logging mechanisms are in place for optimal tracking and troubleshooting. Quickly identify and rectify any operational issues to maintain app reliability.• Utilize analytics to understand how users interact with the app and propose improvements based on data-driven insights.• Work towards minimizing app loading times to enhance user experience.• Implement and maintain user group controls to ensure healthcare professionals access relevant features and data securely.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.• Proficiency in full stack development, including but not limited to JavaScript, Python, Ruby, and relevant frameworks such as React or Angular.• Experience with databases, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and API integrations.• Strong understanding of the principles of secure, scalable software design.• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.Personal Attributes:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to professional development.• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Use your skills to make an impactWhy Join Us:By joining the MILAN team, you will be part of a forward-thinking group dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes.
