Summary:
Primary Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following...
Provide consultation on employee relations issues including performance management, reductions in force, workplace accommodations, hiring restrictions etc. Conduct workplace investigations of employee complaints including developing an investigation plan, conducting interviews, preparing investigation analysis/reports, tracking complaint and resolution, and reporting on complaint/investigation trends to HR leadership and provide guidance as to best management coaching practices for HR leadership and HR Business Partners. Responsible for supporting OFCCP compliance including analysis of AAP data, OFCCP audits, conduct and track outreach efforts, and participate and conduct training for TA, HR, and management Provide training for management, HR, and TA on various employee relations issues such as performance management, reasonable accommodations, anti-harassment, etc. Partner with the Labor & Employment and Ethics Legal teams on escalated employee relations issues, agency charges, and government audits and investigations. Minimum Requirements BA/BS
8 (eight) years of related HR experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Preferred Qualifications An advanced degree and HR certification (i.e., MHRM, MILR, MBA with HR concentration and SPHR/SHRM-SCP. Familiarity with EEO/Affirmative Action and OFCCP compliance and audit support. Previous experience in a consulting engineering or professional services environment. Experience working in a highly matrixed global and/or Fortune 500 organization. Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate effectively in writing and during presentations, build relationships at all levels. High energy, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills are required. Must possess the highest ethical standards. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization. Experience in using Workday or similar platform as a human capital management solution. Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. This position can be located near any major AECOM office within the US, with a highly desired preference in the Eastern Region of the US.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
