Hiring Journeyman Level Electricians in Pittsburgh, PA!Job DescriptionWe are seeking an industrial/commercial journeyman level electrician for immediate hire. Journeyman level electricians will handle all phases of industrial and commercial electrical installations for various manufacturing clients throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. You will perform EMT conduit installations regularly and are expected to be able to bend rigid and flex conduit, as well as install cable trays and raceways.Daylight shiftPay rate is negotiable depending on experience. WEEKLY PAY!Responsibilities• Perform commercial and industrial electrical work with or without blueprints• Bend rigid and flex conduit• Handle EMT conduit installations• Deal with rigid conduit, PVC coated conduit, and all phases of control wiring• Conduct conduit and wiring layout for machinery and read blueprints• Install and start up A/C drives• Install cable trays and raceways• Work with low and high voltages (120, 240, 480)• Install and repair electrical systems in industrial spaces, especially manufacturing facilities• Proficiently use both hand and power tools• Schedule crews and interact with clientsEssential Skills• Ability to perform commercial and industrial electrical work with or without blueprints• Experience bending rigid and flex conduit• Proficient in EMT conduit installations• Experience with rigid conduit, PVC coated conduit, all phases of control wiring• Experience with conduit and wiring layout for machinery and blueprint reading• Ability to install and start up A/C drives• Experience with cable trays and raceways• Experience with low and high voltages (120, 240, 480)• Experience with electrical service installations• Experience installing and repairing electrical systems in industrial spaces, especially manufacturing facilities• Proficiency with both hand and power toolsAdditional Skills & Qualifications• Experience in the Food/Steel/Canning/Bottling industry• PLC familiarity or experience• Valid Driver's License• Experience running jobs from start to finishWhy Work Here?We have been in business for nearly 50 years and are a reputable company throughout the Pittsburgh area. Much of the work will be done inside active manufacturing facilities, and proper safety protocols must be followed at all times.
