Gemini Code Assist, which is a product in the Gemini for Google Cloud portfolio, offers AI-powered assistance to help development teams build, deploy, and operate applications throughout the software development lifecycleAs the Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering next-generation GenAI/LLM-based solutions that will revolutionize the software development lifecycle. You will dive into the development process, from writing code using common developer tools, through the build, test, deploy process, and iterating with CI/CD systems. You will build the technical vision and roadmap for how we can evolve these tools and accelerate software development and delivery for all Google Cloud Platform users.In this role, you will provide technical leadership and guidance for Gemini Code Assist (GCA) and will help accelerate our most critical and strategic Google Cloud Platform (GCP) efforts. You'll work closely with the Gemini Code Assist Engineering teams and with other stakeholders across GCP to develop complex, GenAI-based solutions that will modernize the software development life cycle.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry.
