A pizza processing company located in Manteno, IL is looking to add up to 20 new employees to the team!Seeking candidates that have GMP experience, is comfortable working in a colder environment, and is seeking a long term opportunity.We pride ourselves on promoting from within;you can move up to a lead machine operator, a floor lead, a production lead, a supervisor, etc.We regularly give performance feedback and treat everyone equally from day 1Description:• Conducts routine Quality checks and logs results• Inspects packaging, labels, date codes, shelf life, and performs tests on incoming ingredients• Conducts daily instruments up-keep and standardization/calibration of equipment• Conducts daily GMP inspections• 90% Quality floor testing and 10% paperwork.• Other responsibilities as assigned by ManagementShifts Available:• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PMPay is $17 -19.50 hr+ Shift Differential ($0.75 - $1.00)Point of Contact:Matty Jo Ruff312 502 1801Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes the production floor within the toppings and bakery department. The facility is divided into a colder toppings side with four lines, and a warmer bakery side with nine lines. Each shift has around 100 people, identified by helmet color. The environment is clean, organized, and smells like pizza.
