Accounting Support Specialist
AffiniPay is seeking a tech-savvy Accounting Support Specialist to provide ongoing support for MyCase Accounting users and assist in enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have legal billing, bookkeeping, or accounting experience and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for MyCase Accounting users through various communication channels
- Assist new customers in setting up the Accounting module and provide training
- Gather feedback to enhance product functionality and improve customer experience
- Resolve product-related customer support issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to increase customer loyalty
Education
- 1+ years in a customer-facing or legal professional role
- Desirable: SaaS support experience
