Customer Marketing Specialist
AffiniPay, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to actively support customer engagement campaigns and drive revenue growth.
Skills
- 2-3 years of marketing experience
- Experience with life cycle, cross-channel campaigns
- Familiarity with SaaS products
- Data analysis and customer segmentation
- Marketing automation platforms proficiency
- Enthusiastic about revenue growth
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and behaviors to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to customer marketing communications program implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cross-sell and upsell programs
- Execute multi-channel cross-sell and upsell campaigns
- Support customer onboarding initiatives for adoption and retention
- Curate customer success stories for Sales and Marketing
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
