Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads for the MyCase product
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Maintain call volume of 45-60 calls per day
  • Update and maintain Salesforce database
  • Contact and qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings with the sales team

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
