Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack
AffiniPay is looking for a Full Stack Staff Software Engineer to help build new products and capabilities for users. The ideal candidate will lead technical decisions, design scalable applications, mentor engineers, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Skills
- Experience with Kubernetes and Argo CD
- Cloud technologies expertise (AWS, GCE)
- JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Next.js, NestJS)
- Fintech solutions background
- Front-end component development using React
Responsibilities
- Lead team in technical decisions and architecture
- Design and implement scalable applications in microservice architecture
- Mentor and coach software engineers
- Collaborate with product and UX to design innovative solutions
- Support software deployments and troubleshoot issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies
Education
- BS in Computer Science or related field
